Unhappy Lilliput not powering on

i am having a problems with my lilliput. it will not power on. I plug it in inside using the ac adapter and the blue lights just flash really quickly and then nothing happens. Im thinking maybe there is a bad connection somewhere but i just wanted to get some suggestions before i rip the lilliput apart.
