Xenarc Auto Power OFF

Okay, so I have a bit of a wierd problem. I installed a new computer in my car from the previous one I had but the video seems to take awhile to initialize. This causes the Xenarc to power on then auto power off and then Power on again when the signal finally comes in. Is there anyway to extend the auto power off delay, or perhaps trick it into staying on? or or or remove the text that it displays...

The bios is pretty bland so I cant adjust any timings with the computer.

Any help or insight is appreciated.

Thanks~

Hey Saturated Fat - just wondering if you ever figured anything out as I seem to be having a similar problem.
