touchscreen software won't let me calibrate! Please help! Box is shaded out....

I bought the 700H monitor from digitalww. Everything is fine, but when i installed the touchscreen utility the calibration was off.

It does NOT get stuck in one place like problems other people were having with the screen being pressed on by the case. It just wasn't calibrated properly.

I opened the utility to calibrate and it does not let me calibrate, it does not give me the option to press the 4 point calibrate button. The box is shaded. Out. I tried 3 different drivers and everything. Uninstall, reinstall, nothing works. PLease please help!!!
