Hi to all!

I want to buy a 7-inch portable TV for use in car, and i need some help to decide.

1)Should I buy an LCD-TV monitor or just an LCD screen and place an external TV tuner?

2)I'm thinking of Lilliput 318GL-70TV or 718GL-70TV. What do you think of these two? I'm mostly concearned about signal and picture quality. They have 480x234, 300cd/m2 and 150:1 contrast.

3)Do you have any other company/model to suggest? (I prefer to give some euro more to buy a better product.)

4)Any comments or suggestions on things that I have to pay attention when choosing?

I'm also thinking of 618GL-70TV/C

No touchscreen (i don't need it), but it comes with an external 4-way diversity tuner.

usually carpc monitors with antennas don't have good picture quality. have you tried others? you might want to shop around a bit and see for yourself on which to buy. try going to fry's or best buy. those lilliputs aren't gonna do it for you.

I'm not a little kid, but... hey... so many people read it and noone answered...

It's Ok, forget it.

So, what are my planning after so many days. I'll buy a xenarc-type screen (700TSV) and connect it to a TV tuner. (I already bought an Alpine T112P tuner.)
After that, i'll go ahead for a car pc. As a matter of fact, i already made my own Roadrunner skin, and in a couple of weeks i'll buy a MB, PSU, RAM etc...
