liliput 8inch screen refresh rate error
i have a 8inch liliput touch screen and when i turn it on ofton the first bios screen and the windows xp starting up screen dont appear as they should but rolling down really fast. like TV's do when you fast forward a video tape.
but when in windows or in the bios setup its always fine, so its not a hugh problem but just little annoying!
anyone had this trouble?
i believe its due to the screen not being on the same refresh rate as the graphics out?!
