800x480 support from Lilliput!!!!!!!!!!

So I finally managed to get a hold of a tech support rep from Lilliput.

It is regarding trouble shooting the 800x480 resolution issue that occours on ALL 889GL 8" Wide Touch screens, and most 629's.

Problem is her english is not very good, and she is doing her best to help me.

So does anyone here speak/type mandarin chinese fluently? she added me on msn but there is a language barrier.

If anyone is welling to help me out (and many others waiting for a solution) please pm me and i'll send u my msn to discuss thing in details.

I have spúent more then half a year talking to VIA and Lilliput rep on this. They all seems to be very willing but not able to do anything in the end. So I gave up. Good luck anyway.
