TM868 Touch screen problem

I got the TS from ebay for about 7 months. It was working for a while then suddenly it started acting weird. The cursor on the screen kept moving to the bottom center of the screen as if someone is moving it with a mouse. If I tried to move it somewhere else, it would move right back the the bottom center. I've tried to reinstall the driver and took the LCD apart and nothing help. The display is fine, just the cursor was acting as if something is trying to move it. Has anyone experience this problem?

Hi,

I've been getting this error too, normally just restart the pc a few times and it goes, sometimes it goes for ages sometimes comes right back when I bring it out of hibernation. Would really like to get to the root of the problem though.

I also tested this TS with my laptop and ran into the same problem. As soon as I plugged in the USB cable into the computer/laptop, then the cursor starts to go crazy.

I'm now struggling with this issue. It happened while in Road Runner and I can't figure it out. Anyone have any luck?

Tried everything I can think of, even re-installing the O.S. Still the same behavior as soon as the driver is loaded. Tried a few different drivers and nothing. As soon as windows boots you can hear the monitor beep, and the same thing happens if you try to calibrate it. It will beep and assume you were touching the screen then hang. Since its an MP3Car transflective, I'd really like to get it fixed because it looks so nice in the sun... I bought it back in December and am just now getting to the install. Am I hosed?
