LCD Feedback Problem
I have a 6.5" Farenheit monitor in my car. Whenever there is vibration, there is feedback on the monitor like a bad TV single. Mostly horizontal lines moving from top to bottom with the frequency of the vibration (which could be the engine or the stereo). I moved it off the shabby ground that was the stereo bezel to a ground the car had in the engine bay, but then I got constant feedback when the engine was on and still got stereo feedback when it was loud enough. I have it electrical taped to a large cylinder that spans the back of my dash. I'm no longer getting engine feedback but I am still getting stereo feedback when its loud enough. Am I missing something? There seems to be no place I can ground this monitor well enough. I plan on drilling the cylinder ground to make it more permanent but I don't think thats going to do it. What do you guys think? Could it be the S-video connections?
