Perfect settings for an eby701?

Just wondering what every one is using for their calibration settings..
As well as any changes you made to windows

I find that my finger is to hard to do certain things (use scroll bars, press x (close button) and other small things, or things on the edges of the screen)

For windows I made the font sizes of every thing much bigger.. that helped a bit, but I dont know what to set up the lilliput settings to?

Ps. I tried searching didnt come up with a lot of info (probably looked int he wrong places )

Any ways, thanks for any input..

Well, if you change your resolution lower, it makes things bigger. You can also control all the sizes of boxes and everything under display properties such as text and everything.

I use 1024x768, with no changes, and no problems navigating windows. And as long as your screen is calibrated correctly and maybe even do a 25point linearization, it will be fine.

Also a frontend ties everything together with big buttons so it is much easier to use. There is an entire subforum on all the different frontends. Most are free, some are commercial.

I use RoadRunner which is free and at the moment the most supported free frontend. THen there is StreetDeck which is commercial ($200) but is more of an all in one and easy setup. RR will take some tinkering to get it to your liking.

Then there are a ton of others.

I set the resolution to 800x600, i changed the font sizes etc. in under display properties,
And do have a front end.. in the front end its perfect, but I also need to use regular windows sometimes in the car, and when navigating through windows its just a little annoying.

Also is the "auto right click" option so i hold and it will turn to right click? (it was off by default, so i didn't bother testing)

Well as far as navigating through windows, do a better calibration or get a stylus. There is nothing that can be done for that othe rthan what you have done. I have big fingers and navigate with ease. You just need practice.

And yes you are correct about the right click. I have that setting on because it is much easier to navigate windows that way.
