Hibernate in Ubuntu when external power is disconnected

Well, the title pretty much sums it up: Is there a way to do this? I would also like it to wake up when the power is connected again, but i'm fine with just hitting the red button stuck in my dash i guess. I'm running 9.04 right now, using moovidia, but that probably shouldn't even matter.

sergatiuk has a little shameless behaviour in the past
very easy... under power setting, set hibernation when pressing the power botton.
then you have to make a relay board that will charge up when ACC - on and release charge to relay when ACC - off...
search up the forum in the power section theres schematics for building such board...
ive done it about a year ago .. dont remember exactly where it is
