Getting DVD Data
Hi,
I'm new to the forum and have been building up a Front-end on Mandriva for my Car PC. I have been using Python with the QT toolkit. The audio and video playing is based on MPlayer. The audio is works fine but I am having some issues with the DVD playing. The DVD playing is done with
MPlayer playing inside a separate window. This allows me to have a small box with the touchscreen controls I need control the DVD. The problem I have is that I cannot find the size of DVD display to make the window the right size. Scaling doesn't work.
Does anyone have any idea how to extract the DVD file information so I can use it to set the window the right size for the DVD?
