Linux frontend poll

I'm conducting a poll about what people like best about car frontends. Please vote your likes, or maybe even include your dislikes.

NGMC Screenshot

I have the latest screenshot for the default skin of Nanix Ghost Media Center and I thought I might see what everyone thought of it.

No sir. I don't like it... I'm not keen on the font. The ghost is too large and isn't very good quality. I like the layout of the buttons.

Hard to say. I tend to like serif's but lots of other people don't. The one you used was a little too cartoony for my tastes.

I'm sure everyone is going to have a different opinion because everyone has different tastes. I commend your efforts.

Because of the long holiday weekend, I'm planning on dedicating some long hours this next week to coding the nanix ghost media center project. The plan is to add some PHP/MySQL web applications to the project. This will allow users to remotely administer the settings in Nanix Ghost, add rss streams, etc from a Linux or windows machine. The only problem with this might cause some problems in depandencies. The user would need to have installed Apache, the Apache-php-mod, PHP5, and PHP-MySql along with all of the previous dependancies. This might make setting up the nanix ghost front-end very troublesome. Would you rather see more internal configuration of settings inside Nanix Ghost itself and forget the remote PHP/MySQL thing? Or would you spend the extra minute and setup remote admin?

Let me know what you think is best...
