Hi,

sorry, no.

You'll see why when we reveal our Macworld San Francisco 2008 release of RouteBuddy. There's a lot of work gone into this which has left no time for carputer work.

Mhmmm... the new 2.0 version seem to be a very interesting good job.
I have read the news at your site (no possible for me to go to MacWorld event) and the goahead step is "whoah!!"

Now i think to buy this release.
Can you give me more info on carputer feature ??

Only one thing... i have read the minimun requirement for this program.
Mapporcputt... 1GHZ G4 ??? 1GB RAM ??
Raccomanded was 1,8GHZ G5 ??? how can i put a G5 in my car ? Or can i travel with a G5 on my butt ?
Need more optimization software. Not consider only the natural evolution of the hardware, the only solution for put megatons of new function...
In this case, i just consider to put a 8 core / 4 Drive / 20GB RAM in my car. Obviusly whit a 2x 23" display in front of me and my steering wheel...

With the change from iListen to Mac Dictate, is the scriptpack for Route Buddy still available? (the link to MacSpeech.com now says "Product not found!")

Also, is it possible to have the maps rotate so the direction of movement (when a gps is connected) is 'up'?

Thanks!

Not yet I'm afraid.

ICN for RouteBuddy is a major item on our list (and I wish I could share with you why it's taking longer than anticipated) but the upside is RouteBuddy will have more flexibility in the future than a product like the one you mention.

MacDictate, as far as I am aware, broke the scriptpak and from what I know MacSpeech are working hard on the Dictate product.

Track-up is certainly on our bug list to build into the app. as a free update.

RouteBuddy 2.1 will be released in the next two weeks.

This will feature a speed hike on rendering, some fixes and more features that are not yet specific to ICN.
