iphone style interface in car

does anyone know if there is any front end out there that has an iphone style/clone interface?

or

is there any way to control an iphone using a touchscreen external display?

yeah, there is one skin you can use in Road Runner from Cdr Skull. do a search and find it somewhere in this forum.

About controlling the iPhone from an external display, i have no idea about. the iPhone is locked down pretty tight.

technically, yes, but i dont know how it will function in Leopard or through Bootcamp...

EDIT: Road Runner is programmed for a Windows based machine (XP in perticular)...

I've run RR via Parallels, VMWare Fusion and Bootcamp. It's functional no matter which way you go.

If you just stretched an iPhone a little bit each way to make it bigger it'd be an awesome carputer. Would love to have a screen as clear and bright (in any light) as the iPhone's screen - it's amazing. So is the interface too.
