I already tried hitting up my CDW rep for one...he could get the low end model for $479 with no extras, but they always charge for shipping and it was $20 for ground. I do professional purchasing of IT equipment ($5 million+ yearly) for a 7,000+ employee multi-state company, and its just really best to buy straight from Apple at this time. there is hardly any margin on this machine due to Apple.

if you cannot afford the Mac Mini, there is always ebay :-)
