pppd from command line?
I need to get rid of the annoying pop-up dialog windows that the OS X uses to inform me that a PPP (GPRS in my case) connection has timed out or been broken (which happens pretty often in some countries/networks).
There does not seem to be a setting (either thru gui or thru user defaults system) that would allow me to simply turn these dialogs off. So the only way of doing this that I can see is using pppd directly, then it should send all the output to the log and I should not be bothered by dialogs.
Any idea about how to do this? What I found on the internet did not show to be very useful :-(
