Front Row and Airclick Hack
I was able to hack my Airclick to control Front Row.
Basically the buttons on Airclick send the following keystrokes:
Play/Pause on Airclick sends an Enter key to Front Row
Previous on Airclick sends a Left arrow key to Front Row
Next on Airclick sends a Right arrow key to Front Row
Volume down on Airclick sends a Down arrow key to Front Row
Volume up on Airclick sends an Up arrow key to Front Row
Previous pressed for 2 seconds on Airclick sends an Escape key to Front Row
Just put the Airclick.app (attached below) to your Applications but be sure to back up the original one first!
Thanks to Some Geek In Tennessee for his Hacking the Airclick.

Really? have you tried the sucky GPS software for the MAC! IT"S NOT GOOD FOR A CAR!!!
I would love to have front row running in my car. i-tunes sucks by it's self!! I can't see what song is playing or whats next.
This FR is the first piece of multimedia software I have seen that seems reasonable for a car. Exit it and use the crappy GPS software if you want.

Hi,
I'm find a good patch for AirClickUSB.app v1.0.4
http://cyberquebec.ca/tera/Patch_Air...SB1.0.4_FR.zip
Play/Pause on Airclick sends an Enter key to Front Row
Previous on Airclick sends a Left arrow key to Front Row
If pressed for 1 second on Airclick sends an Escape key to Front Row and you can launch Front row
Next on Airclick sends a Right arrow key to Front Row
Volume down on Airclick sends a Down arrow key to Front Row
If pressed for 1 second on Airclick sends an Volume down to system
Volume up on Airclick sends an Up arrow key to Front Row
If pressed for 1 second on Airclick sends an Volume up to system

Yes, you need to install the airclick software to patch the AirClickUSB.app v1.0.4 :
http://www.griffintechnology.com/sof..._airclick.html
To patch for AirClick.app version 1.0.4:
Close the AirClick application, to replace the file functions.plist in Applications/AirClick.app/Contents/Resources/ by that which is in the Patch_AirClickUSB1.0.4_FR.zip archive, then to copy the 8 files .applescript in Applications/AirClick.app/Contents/Resources/scripts/
The password of the user is required.
Next run again AirClick and select Row Face in the nenu of AirClick to provide to control Front Row.
