Mac Remotes in your car?

Hey,

What sort of remote are you using in your car, if any? I'd like to use something like the IR remote that comes with mac mini, but that means my mini has to be visible. Anybody using an RF, bluetooth or some other sort of remote in a car?

but i would still have to point it in the specific area of the car. I'd like to just click and not worry where i'm pointing to.

I don't see where that would be a problem, if you're sitting in the driver's seat and holding the remote, it will be pointing towards the dash. Unless the mini is in your trunk, or under the seat, it should work just fine. Though if you have a compatable cell you could give salling clicker a shot.

that one looks good. I read some reviews and there are mixed experiences with 60ft range, and apparently it doesn't work through the walls so good. Hopefully it would reach to the trunk.

I used Grfiffin AirClick for a while, and it worked well.

still not completly functional on all special keys
but trackball, volume up and downn, scrollwheel and all the normal ascii keys work perfectly and works wirelessly at a distance of 10 meters so you can control your car stereo also outside of your car when your dining outside for a picnic o a barbecue...

Nice for games too

It's from Trust (distributed everywhere in Europe)
and it's name is
Wireless Media Center KeyBoard KB 2950
