Im Done installing with Minor Problem answers??

Ok i done installing but as i drimmeled out my dash to fit around the screen , but i have about a 1/16 of inch gap around it. Is there a way i can fill this gap to look like it was factory done some kinda trim or something possible anything else to suggest besides a trim ?

bondo!!!!

Okay so I will add a bit more to this post. I normally would just say see the Fab forum or what I said above but ill actually be helpfull today. I would suggest using some fiberglass to fill in the edges and some bondo to smooth it out. Then primer then paint.

No Bondo

no bondo cracks and warps over time in weather changes plus its such a small gap to fill with bondo, im looking for like a rubber gasket look around it

How about a rubber gasket? :-)

Seriously, though. Check out some of the weatherstripping they have at the home stores. There's a black tear drop shaped one that you could probably split with an exacto knife and epoxy to either the bezel or the opening.

If it's only 1/16" you can also make your own from caulk. They sell it in black, white, clear and paintable.
