EDIT: The above was sposed to be funny... but b hell - that guy deserved it.. The main problem over here is that its been prooved ( by Top Gear if I am right UKers ? ) that the four most dangerous roads in England have one camera between them. They tend to be sites where they 'gernerate the most cash' and therefore have got a lot of peoples backs up - me included as they are not been used for the purpose they should be.
Round where I live they seem to be breading like rabits and at a cost of £30k each ( I think ) and a yearly insurance ( yes they need it as they get vandalised a lot ) of around £6k each camera they need to do a lot just to pay for them selves. Mind you the argument it that if they save one life then it has... again certain roads yes... others no.

Does that help ? /rantoff

Hi,

I am having a hell of a time finding a db of cameras that includes gps coordinates... what I have found however is a list of addresses for cameras... is there a way to convert these into lat/long? These addresses are usually a full address but could also be an intersection...

Any help greatly appreciated!

Broken Link

I am new to the forum and GPS as well. If you reduce the link to: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/moudym/ it works.
Any one else reading this

Dan Mumford is an unknown quantity at this point
Hey, I've managed to get the speed camera locations(is there any newer? or more types of cameras?) loaded but when I get to this point...

...I get problems, my Destinator ND doesn't have this location, and when I created it, it just made the GPS 400 contantly load but nothing happens...

Is there any way to fix this? or is there a different setup for my version?

Thanks, Dan!
