No, just NM's D3 frontend and some D3 maps which can be found here: http://www.destinator1.com/storefron...category=3&id=

Just for my information: is Destinator3 FE going to get (at least) basic keyboard support for those of us not having touchscreens?
It already does

OKAY, Observations so far. (some of the below may be settings I need to change, so if they are I apologise now).
1. the announcement that 'there are no satelites, please check GPS' is annoying.
2. Seems to lose connection to satelites even though number by satelite symbol says 11.
3. on resume from hibernation got warning gps could not be found (have checked reconnect GPS from hibernation) worked fine in previous version.
4. Warning about speed cameras keeps repeating if in slow traffic, GPS seems to keep moving a fraction which causes announcement to keep getting retriggered. (my drive in the morning is nly a 5 mile one but it is slow traffic all the way and there are cameras (both red light and gatso) all they way down it.
5. When dest is closed down when it is embedded in Mediacar, it just goes back to main menu, previous versions went back to last option activated, ie Music.
Otherwise it's looking good. Haven't done a route yet, will try that at the weekend.

So how about a [Sshhhhh] button on the main screen that switches off all audio warnings except directions?

Can you load entire north america (for example)?
Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it. I am going on a cross country trip (in US), so my question is: can I load the entire north america map to plan the trip or do I need to plan the trip segment by segment according to the destinator sections?
Thanks a bunch!

Nice one... been very busy and only just seen this... thought SiRF support was not going to be in this beta.
Working on the release time basis - I guess the next one will be the finnal... some time in March ?

SORRY No you can't load the entire map, remember it was designed for the PDA and it's memory restrictions.
When the UK was in a number of segments there was a main route skeleton of roads on each segment and you could plan a final destination and then swap maps when you reached each ones border. I don't know if that would apply to the USA.
We have a major routes of europe map where a european international journey can be planned, but I don't think a similar map is available for USA, at least I have never seen one.

1. Have you even looked in destinators own settings?
2. SiRF or NMEA?
3 & 4 I'll look into
5. I can't control mediacar
