Thanks for the replys but this is what I have already been doing, but to no avail. The damn icons are not displaying.
Also under the configuration system for searching criteria the "street/City" option does not activate when selected!
This all worked fine for me in the beta version.
Any ideas?

The camera icons will not display until they are detected. If you have imported them all, then you should be OK. I take it you have also downloaded the Fix.Zip that followed the release of 1.1.3 ? Show icons option needs to be unticked, to avoid slowdown. Also did you do a CLEAN install.
Try changing option to City/street in map monkey config.

I have used the release which was updated last night, with the fix incorporated. I have also changed the setting within the config page
Ill have to check the "Show icons option" when i get back from work.

Good job NM. Great software, i spent saturday configuring and setting it up with my CarPC and it's definitly something i'm gonna use most days.
One thing i noticed is that in the new version, opening up a second instance of MapMonkey brings up an error. Older versions used to keep going as if nothing happened
not a big deal, just thought id bring it to your attention

Okay this is the dumbest question most likely but in the options it says something like add location of the cameras to the map as they are detected what does that mean ? sorry it just that i do not get it ? also how do you add a Red light camera if its not in the DB ? i know if its speed u just press the buttone and it will add it .
thanks and sorry for dumb questions

Ninja Monkey: Could you add scrollup/down in the dialogs into MonkeyTalk? I have this problem of having two streets with the same name, one being north and one being south. And I can't get any command to move the entree down
Thanks
[Edit]: Also, ShowGPSStatus does not work

There isn't a command to scroll a dialog. You can set a hotkey to scroll though, so you could then assign a voice to press the hotkey?
Also, for GPS Status, try <object>.Custom("Show_GPS_Status")
