Need help getting icons from wincustomize.com

Ok, call me stupid <pause while everyone loudly recites "STUPID">

Anyway, Im trying to get some icons from wincustomize.com and they all seem to be packages to mod xp and the like. Im wanting to just get these as gifs or something similar so that I can add them to my ME skin Im working on. Is there anyway to do this other than taking a screen shot and cropping it? Please someone help me. I like this skin Im working on (Ive never liked one Ive done before) and would like to have some icons to finish it off.

download the demo for icon packager and download the icons you want. I think they will be in .png format. then just open them up in you favorite image editor.
