I have been looking over both MediaCar 1.8.5 and Media Engine 2.0 and noticed one big differance.. MediaCar has a GPS button but Media Engine (as far as I can tell does not) so how would you best run GPS when you have Media Engine?

Also... I have noticed another small thing... In Media Engine when you are playing music if you go back out to the main menu to lets say switch to an external application to control your lighting or something else the music stops.. is there an optoin to keep music playing unless you press the stop button?
In MediaCar music stays playing unless you press stop...

Also MediaCar has a Mixer/EQ via Winamp...

GPS in ME is easy. You use an External Application. Simple.

ok... what about keeping music playing while I am useing GPS?

You can keep your music playing while using GPS....start playing MP3's hit the up arrow that brings up more menu options and click oh the button for external aplications (the external app button looks like a down arrow pointing to a hard drive). It will bring up the external applications screen while MP3's are still playing. This should work out good for you since you are using GPS however not so good for me since my favorite external app is XM radio. I have to go to the main menu screen to stop mp3 playback and then select exernal app then XM Radio. Otherwise XM and MP3 will be playing at the same time.
