Perhaps auto-pop up by incoming call

i think it does autopopup on incoming call, it just needs to be running. id like media car to have a way to fire off some sort of batch file to get everything running (im having problems with hibernating so i need to boot up clean each time).

you can just put it in the "startup" file on in the registry to have it started each time windows boot.

yes i suppose that will work for now, at least until phone control runs as an internal mediacar app anyway.
