if you can make it launch from a button .. you can go one step further .. and make it launch by itself when you go in REVERSE ... then exit when you put it back in some other speed .. etc

well I got my capture device to work, and its still doesnt embed, Ive never seen the top portion of my windowbar that says the window title like in your screenshot.

That is strange Custommx3 because it works a charm here. I have made the mods to use an ini file.

The button thing would need me to have access to the mediacar source code, but I haven't heard a peep out of Coyotee.

Attached is the version that uses an ini file.

It will create one automatically if you dont have it, or you can use the following template:

[fullscreen]
x_origin=0
y_origin=55
width=800
height=545
device=1
micro=0
line=0
audio=1

Note: this should be in a file called fullscreen.ini and should be in the same folder as the fullscreen.exe application.

The defaults are what I used to get the screenshot earlier. Its dark now, so a new screenshot is somewhat less impressive

If you put the binary in the launch folder then my ini will have the same name possibly as the one that mediacar uses. This is fine, the sections will be different so it will not clash.

Antimatter? Did it work for you. I cant see how it wouldn't work, there is very little to the code in respect to window position etc.

Custommx3, one thing, make sure you are not using your batch file anymore, dont pass arguments on the command line any more, use the ini file.

Can you grab a screenshot of what it does for you please?

I have to visit a client tomorrow, so I wont be able to get to this until tomorrow evening.

The only reason I know it doesnot really embed in my Medica car is cause I can drag the window around.

Thats controllable too...

I would need the source to MC to really know whats required of embedding, but we are arriving at the same info empirically.

I can address the windows movability tonight.
