I've tried changing that, but it's not getting the resolution from there for some reason.

EDIT: Nevermind, dragging the ini onto the exe updated it.

Well done for getting this so good so far!
My webcam is mounted upside down on the rear of my car, and a flip option would be perfect.

Any ideas if this is possible, and how?
Also someone mentioned capture to disk.... probably alot of work but a start/stop rec button would go down a treat!

Hope we can keep this mini project moving.

I have 2 quickcam pro 3000's I use. The frontview is mounted upside down to my rearview. One of the nice things about the logitech drivers is you can select your mirorring/flipping with it. I right clicked in fullscreen and chose "source properties" and selected the appropriate flip/mirror.

Might be worth it to chuck yours and get a logitech

I would imagine the logitech is a bit more expensive than my £20 one.

I also like the size of the one I've currently got as it's fairly discrete.

Just out of interest, where exactly have you mounted your cams? Any chance of a pic?

i'm just wondering.. my carpc doesnt have a mouse or a keyboard, just a touchscreen lilliput LCD. how can i exit out of the fullscreen program??

I haven't mounted my rearview yet. But it will be in the bumper just below the trunk key hole. I've taken it out of it's case to conserve space.

I finaly got this thing installed in my car and tested it with a webcam.

I have to say how crappy my webcam is (in the dark) and how cool this program is.

I havn't quite figured out how you switch between the two webcams but this is definitly a Gem.

a INI configurable V flip would be awesome.

Also the mirroring seems to work for me. I will test it again tomorrow to make sure that i am not smoking anything but when i set the mirror=1 it never hung and looked like it was mirroring the image

Can anybody recomend a good Webcam?
