u can change the delay between random vis changes, its in one of the tabs for settings of milkdrop, default is 8 seconds i think. mines setup so when i select the vis button in mediacar milkdrop opens full screen, then when double clicked (with touchscreen) milkdrop apears as a window not-embedded in mediacar, but fits nicely over the song titles, then when the vis button is pressed again it disapears.

No CarPC in the Eunos yet, have setup my O2 Atom PDA, with a Holux Bluetooth GPS receiver, for the time being :)

it just cycles through all the visualizations.... plus I can't get the vis's to work in a window that is part of Media Car (imbedded).... I assume it it supposed to be..... When I start the visualizations it pops up another window behind the current Media Car window. I can bring it to the front, but it just doesn't seem right....
