Newb question. Where's the instructions to launch?

Maybe i'm just completely missing something, but i cant find anywhere that documents how to add a program to the launch sub-menu. What i did was copy the INI file from the calculator and changed the configuration for my programs (wab.exe, tv prog, and diagnose.exe). I see the Programs in the launch list, but i click them and they dont do anything. Calc and notepad work (since i changed WINNT to WINDOWS). I dont really care if the prog is fully embedded... i just want it to run from that launch list.
