media car prob maybe

i have a parallel port relay card and when i click around in media car i seem to set these relays off. any ideas about this. i know this is no longer supported but i like the simplicity of it and it always works.

i remember something way back in the day about someone having a printer hookedup to a test system and everytime a song would change or something the machine would print.
i think that was media car.

anyway look around the config file/config program (its beena long time i dont know what it has) and look for output to lcd or maybe its LCD support.

try that and let me know

i found under lcd it has a box for lcd enebled. when i get back out to the car i'll check that out to see if it is checked. other than that who knows? thanks

i've been so busy putting stuff back into the car lately i haven't started the pc up. but maybe today or tomorrow i'll try that lcs enable thing. thanks!

ok so today i started the pc in the car. i went through media car pushing all the buttons and it was ok now. but when i hit the exit button my front doors popped open and the interior neon came on. lmao. so for now i will disconnect the relay card
