ID3 Tags in MI

Appologies if this has been asked before but I couldn't see it anywhere - Is there a way to get MI to read the id3 tags of mp3s? At the moment it's sorting tracks by name which isn't ideal!
Thanks

Sorry, the only way it reads ID3 tags is by setting it to do so in the settings, but it only shows in the top title bar, it rotates between song, album, bitrate, etc . The program can only sort using the actual filename. It would take far too much coding to make it sort using the id3 tag. The program would have to read the id3 tag out of the file, then it would have to take all the of the files and do this, stick them in a database with their file locations and then sort them first before populating the filelist. This was a consideration, but there was way too much delay to be usable especially if there was a large amount of files to sort through.

Ok mate, no worries - About half of my files are named with the track number so I can rename the rest, which I may do as I really like the program
Thanks

The next version does this when you click a song, it shows transparent banner with the id3 tag title and artist with the album art to the left of it, then it fades out. Pretty cool effect I think. Still working on it right now.
