FM Radio how to?

Would anyone be able to let me know what is required to get the FM radio in MI working? Do I need some sort of USB FM aerial or something?
(Sorry for being clueless)

The program was developed specifically for the Silicon Labs usb FM radio module. All you do is plug one in and Mobile Impact does the rest. http://www.silabs.com

Am???

Now the tricky part is how to get AM radio on the Carputer?!?! There are still some radio stations worth listening to on the AM Band! (Mostly sports radio!)
