Visulazation or movie will not maximize

i just put a new computer in my car, with a fresh install of XP no service pack, on my old one, if u touch the visulazation it would go full screen, on the new one, it wont do nuttin, unless i get the mouse out the trunk, and double click on it...any ideas?

This will happen if you dont have Windows Media Player 9x or up installed as well.
