bug-osk..integration with navigon nck5

hi..i just entered in the world of mobile impact..very good program..
i have some problems with the integration with navigon and in general everytime i open th osk..
when i want to add navigon like gps the osk jump on the sreen and it give me error..
if i go to the web and i open the osk when i push just one letter windows give me error..
it's normal?

Did you install Mobile Impact to its default path of C:\Program Files\Mobile Impact or do you have it under another drive letter? If its under another path, then there lies the problem. Because of some of the limitations of VB, some of the paths have to be hard coded. Check this first. I suspect that this is your problem.
