Mp3car gets an OLED display briefing and demo.

Some people call this the next best thing in display technology. Manufacturers report very high levels of contrast and lots of sunlight readability. What do you think? Is OLED the next home run in mobile car computing and telematics display technology?

That looks great. Just think of an extremely thin, bright OLED screen paired a PicoITX board! What are the operating temperatures?

Dont current OLED display die faster than LCD? Especially the blue. Plus I dont think organic material would hold up to the heat and cold as well.
