^ Stop Whining, I've ordered quite a few items from mp3car.com and they have always been helpful and I've always received my parts in a timely manner. In fact the last order arrived before USPS even had it marked in their tracking system. Cool out man your just making a huge deal out of nothing, there is such a thing as processing time when your selling over the internet. Your sig says a lot about your attitude also.

I think the issue here is the use of the words "lie" and "lier". They are both VERY strong words indicating that someone knowingly and willingly made an untrue statement.

For all you know, Naqueal THOUGHT that the package had shipped on the 11th. He looked it up in the system and that's what the system told him.

To call someone a liar for that is being pretty harsh. If you had come on here saying that he was incorrect, or had made an incorrect statement that mislead you, then I don't think it would have been as much of an issue.

FYI, I have made 4 purchases from mp3car since December.

Each one was great. The first purchase was a large $800 purchase. They shipped everything else except for an Opus 320W which was backordered. Naquel went above and beyond to try to make everything OK to get the Opus 320W to me on time.

I have returned one of the items for an upgrade and was amazed by their ridiculously generous customer service policies. I thought they really did more than necessary to please their customers.

Thats just my experience.. I'm sorry yours wasn't as great.

Hey, if you got poor service from mp3car, you got poor service. But you listed 5 instances and 3 turned out to be acceptable, which weakens your credibility.

I do agree, however, that the instance of late shipping is a legitimate cause for grievance.

As for the accusation of a lie, while you may not be naming Naquel as the liar, you are only doing so because you do not have all of the facts available to you. In any case, you are accusing the store of lying to you and that is what has provoked a strong reaction.

I'm not saying it didn't happen. Only that anecdotal evidence would suggest that if that was the case, it isn't a pattern that has appeared in other transactions.

Oh - also one thing to note is that USPS 2-3 day priority does not mean "2-3 day delivery time." I'm a new powerseller on eBay (just hit 250 recently), and I've had several instances of USPS 2-3 priority taking a week - and one that hasn't arrived yet after a month.

Considers ordering a third drink from waitress, who knows it might be more than a smile this time, however also starting to think the drink is going to my head as I seem to be seeing double of every one of BugByte's posts
