Package to Australia

Very pleased with my experience. I've been lurking on these forums back in the day when there was no store and we were using character LCDs lol

Purchased it on Wednesday night (Australian time) and I had a tracking number for the package on Thursday.

Postage was quite fast, I was using my new touch screen overlay, BU353 and m4atx by Tuesday the following week.

Not including the manuals or nonessential documentation is good, probably keeps shipping weight down and helps the environment. If you're ordering from the mp3car.com store you should have internet access and therefore all the manuals are available to you electronically.

What, a mail order outfit gets a customers orders shipped in a timely manner? And this is reason enough for mp3car to pat their collective backs?

Woah that seemed a bit harsh, I think it is deserving of a pat on the back.

The reason being is that in my experience ordering online from the US and having it sent to me in Australia usually takes alot longer, especially with the weekend in the middle. So given that my package arrived quickly I'm guessing the packing procedures at mp3car are quite efficient and quick as the package had been delivered to the post ofice to be sent off pretty much that same day (when you take into account time differences). It's not that often you'll find a company of this size that will have that kind of despatch time.

Every time I have ordered stuff from the store, it has turned up within a week. Not bad for being on the other side of the world
