I check this sub-forum a few times a week to see if anyone has suggested new ideas for providing better customer service.

Please email all order issues/questions to store@mp3car.com and you will receive a response within one business day at the most or 1-3 for tech support. Should you post an order issue here, you may not receive any response.

Also, some comments posted here will not be answered for a week or more, as some changes or answers require a good amount of time to think about and respond to.
