Why Pakistani Credit Card is not accepted at the store

I am trying to order the andrea bundle through mp3car.com store, which i want to get delivered within usa to my brother(So that my brother can bring it to pakistan when he comes) but the store does not accept Pakistani Credit card.

Can somebody give me email address on which to contact the store owner.
