Adding captions to uploaded pictures

This may be a dumb question, but I'm trying to figure out how to add captions to my uploaded pictures.

Two ways.

1. host them else where and then just put an image link in to them and then type the description (caption) above or below each picture.


2. Edit each photo with the Caption on it. (use speech bubbles for fun.)
