Hey guys, it's looking like a 60% chance of rain all day Sat... what do you all want to do? We can call it off and reschedule for next weekend, just cancel this one and do next months... or we can cancel the cookoff and meet in a parking garage somewhere. Let me know what you all want to do. We're nearing the last few hours... lol
Later..

Well whatever you guys decide let me know. My wife decided to cancel a Spa reservation to come to the meet So if it does get canceled I'll have to come up with something pretty good to compensate her!

Figures, I finally get a hall pass from Wifey and you guys are going to cancel. The forecast actually doesn't seem that bad as of the time of this post. Anyway, I'm in if you guys are still going to do the cookout. Let me know what I can bring.

Yeah, I think I'm getting a "hall pass" as well. Wife and I have final 4-D sonogram for the upcoming new edition to the family scheduled this morning in Philly, but I've been a good boy and am being allowed to "try" to make the meet, time permitting and if it is still on...but I am not allowed to rush the wife in her time of big-belliedness and nesting instinct...I'm comfortable with whatever, meet is always enjoyed, and a re-sched may mean I can't make it at all, but on the other hand a re-sched will allow me to complete work on my power switch for the lappy and my new sub box.
Edit: Web, I think that as the guy with the website, you should at this point make a "command decision". That way, we can move forward with a place in mind and confirm for our respective better halves.
Edit: Whoops, sorry, you already did.

Figures. Still not sure I'm gonna make it guys, I'm now chasing an electrical problem. The computer isn't getting power and the car won't start. The battery has plenty of juice, so thats not it. I redid some of the wiring this week, so I've probably blown some fuses or something. I hope thats all it is anyway. I'm gonna try my best to make it.

Lowell, I talked Wifey into coming along so your wife won't get lonely while the rest of us are geeking.
