New here, from DC
Hi all,
I've been a lurker here for awhile and I'm ready to break out of the box...so I joined up! I share an 07 Civic coupe, and it would be awesome to mod it out a little bit. I've built computers before, but never in cars, so I'm here to learn. I live in Washington, DC and work in marketing - actually do some work with XOHM , which I think brings a lot of opportunity for all of us car-modders.
Looking forward to checking out one of the DC meetups at some point! Anyways, its good to be here - just wanted to introduce myself.

I will also add my welcome! Come out if you can.
The first thing I noticed when I met up in-person with other CarPC folks was how many different solutions there are for the same problems. We've all got different cars and we all came up with different ways of doing things. Come out and learn from our mistakes!

new guys too
hi all, im also new to the site. i've been looking into installing a xenarc sytem in my car and I came across this site...looks that I am not the only one out there thinking about this, which is GREAT! I read that you guys are meeting Saturday, October 18th, 2pm. in Turkey Run park? Is this still on? I'd love to come to see if you can give me some advice on how to proceed with this installation or if I shouldn't do it. I am very exited to have found this forum!

You know, even trying to plan ahead, it STILL sneaks up on us every month.
OK folks...the meet is the day after tomorrow!
So, with that in mind, would anyone care to volunteer to bring any food/snacks? I'll be toting a cooler full of drinks so, that area's covered.

It's gonna be hit or miss for me. I'm helping my brother this weekend, but I'm not sure which day. Hopefully I'll know for sure tomorrow and can let you guys know my status for saturday. He fly's by the seat of his pants, so who knows. I'll try to post as soon as I know for sure.
Sailboating huh? I think we all need to get jobs at MP3car, LOL.
