I FINALLY found the time, energy, and funds to upgrade my problomatic motherboard (and subsequently a new case...and new power supply...a new DVD-ROM...etc, etc) so, I may actually have something non-embarassing to show off next time we meet!
On a side-note...anyone else going to be at the Carlisle Performance and Style Show this weekend? My car will be in the NELOC (North East Lexus Owner's Club) pavillion. I think it'll be the only convertible Lexus from our group so, it should be easy to find.

In the off chance that any DC/VA local people would be interested: I have a large parking lot at my business location that I have utilized in the past for swap meets, etc. it can accomodate several dozen cars (hint: for a meet), it is across the street to things like a car wash, gas station, dominos pizza, and my office would be available for bathroom etc....I even have a spot to BBQ. In case of bad weather, I have indoor [open] space to hang out at, as well.....
It is located in Sterling, Vrginia, near Dulles airport. Close to 66, Rt28 & the Dulles toll road.

Is there a meet onna schedule for May yet? We've been having good weather for it (you know, cloudy...so we can see our screens  ), and I haven't been to one in a year or so.

technically this would be the third saturday coming up.. but we're only 3 weeks removed from the Bmore meet. I personally wouldn't be able to make it this saturday anyway as i'm involved with the air show at Andrews AFB this weekend. Hows the 23rd sound for everyone? I'll check in with the mp3car guys and see if they'll be dropping by. Up for suggestions on meet location.

I'd be up for the 23rd. I've had a crazy couple of months and the craziness is finally over.

How about the 31st? Im saying, cause a lot of us with families have to do the memorial day thing and I always enjoy these meets...I'd hate to miss one.

Ha i forgot all about memorial day. Woo Hoo 3 day weekend! It really makes no difference to me. Maybe an extra weekend will let me get my false floor done (my plexiglass is still sitting untouched Marie lol)

I could do the 31st (Sunday) but not the usual Saturday (the 30th). I have a family commitment on that Saturday (a 1 year-old's birthday party - like he's gonna remember who was or wasn't there!)
