thee are people I see here who would show up but no dates/notime/no place ...  |

I think Stone Mtn is OK for almost everyone and has kinda relaxed atmosphere to go with it - therefore I'm for Stone Mtn
as for date - I'm in for any date just give one in advance and I'll be there

I agree. If we sucked @ computers as much as we sucked @ organization we wouldn't know what the hell a carputer is. We need to organize a time/date. Any weekend (fri, sat, sun) from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. is straight with me. Stone mountain wouldn't be my ideal place as its somewhat ghetto ( no offense to anyone who lives there), but i can live with it. Everyone else who responds, give a time and a day. Then we can decide a date once we get a few members who agree upon the same time and day.  |

I am up for Stone Mtn as well... I am in Lawrenceville so thats not a bad drive. It is somewhat ghetto in parts but still a good cruzn place. Isnt it like $7 to get in? I think if we can get 10+ people to show that would be good.
How about March 1st.... easy date to remember, far enough in advance for people to plan and its a Saturday.

I do agree St. Mtn is somewhat ghetto (in parts even 1000%) and there might be some problems with some of you gaining access to the park. Having said that, I'm in for any location.

I may or may not be able to be around on 3/9. My inlaws are coming down to visit that weekend, and depending on their schedule and my wife's plans, I may be busy. I'd like to try though.

Agreed. We need to get AT LEAST 5 people to confirm a good date. No use in rushing into it if people can't show up. EVERYONE post good days of the week and dates that are good for you, we can then find common dates that we can all agree with. If we have to we might take it as far as google calendar (amazing tool). We can all post events in google calendar that shows which times we are available and share them with each other. From that information we can conceive the best possible date and time.
My best days and dates
friday, saturday, sunday, any time
EXCEPTION : March 1st - 9th is not Ideal as it is my spring break ( will most likely be out of town, plans not confirmed yet) |
