I'm an ol' L.A. Coastal (San Pedro, L.B.) guy, stuck in Philly 'till my edumacation is done...if ever!

Any special tools you think you will need if you are working on your setup
Any materials / supplies you will need
Laptop computer is nice to have as I will open up the wireless
Any special dietary needs. I will buy some sodas and some chips. There are fast food places all over the place. We can pitch in and order pizza too.
TIME: this is the important part.
Starts at 8:00AM and goes till 3:00PM.
