Well I made it back home at 10:50pm. My GPS crapped out on me (my battery was too low on my phone). After getting lost for 15 minutes, I managed to find the turnpike and punch it to 100 mph. I think I passed thatslife while I was on there. I was busy chasing a red dodge ram. I had lots of fun and cant wait till the next one, this meet lasted a long time!

Trust me, once me and the other Dodge got in the open it was on, but yet again the limiter kept me from getting into it. I guess the Dodge Ram's limiter is higher then mine (because my car is a family car). Where are you guys seeing the pictures at?

I wouldn't say that map is "Exactly where we should be" unless you feel like dodging traffic the whole time

How does THIS AREA look? I am not sure if you can park in this area or not, as I have never been to that park.. I cant get any help from the Sat image, as somehow that imagry was taken when not one single car or person was in the entire park!!!! It does look like a pretty shaded area if we can park there though.....

hmm ill go this weekend to see and ask i believe there are huts to the west side of the park and we can park very near them will ask if its needs to be rented or anything...

(and there are cars just have to zoom in all the way haha just no people)

I would give my input, but in all my years being in Miami, only part of the park ive been on is when they have Santa's Enchanted Forest. The rest I have no clue. I think one time I saw a huge cement area and people driving around some kind of obstacle practice course.

Went there today and holy crap this park was full! No parking at all. I went around 3. Anyway the spot John picked was perfect nobody was there and good amount of trees. Everywhere else was full.

And it is okay to park there as coincidently(sp?) there was a BMW meet and they where parked in that area.

Tropical is the second largest park in Miami, the first biggest being Amelia Airhart park, which is hugeeeeeeeeeeeee, but you have to pay $5.00 to get in, lots of places to park though.

Tropical park is also huge, but I didnt realize it was that popular. Did you happen to catch a dog park there? Ive always been curious to know if they have one.

didnt see a dog park.... as a matter a fact there is a part of the park where pets arent allowed... I think the sign was by the baseball/basketball fields but there were pets anyways.
Well the portion we are going to be is very secluded from the park actually it felt really lonly there compared to the rest of the park so pets would be all good.

Amelia Airhart Park, never heard of it only park i know is that one and alot of smaller ones that run the flag football leagues.
