Ya, but I wanted to know if anyone would go or is in this area; I'm not a big fan of going out of my way to set everything up, then have everyone either say no or cancel at the last second.

@Radracer: I see why not, just read the first post and pm john1701 once you find a spot that goes along with the first post
LOL, Nexson is going to pull his hair out with me, I keep bugging him on all the things for my truck, lol.
But yea, first off, you have to use the regulators that come with the screen, unless it states it can use unregulated power. The other option is to run a power wire from the PSU 12V+ to the screen. The PSU is regulated, so you wouldn't need the regulator at all. Point being, you can't hook a screen to direct 12V power from the car. The car is spitting out volatile power that is frying your screens. In my setup, I have so many screens, that I cant run from the PSU because I will max it out. So what I did is put a 12V relay on the 12v line of my PSU. When my PC turns on it trips the relay, sends power to the regulators and turns on the screens.
PS: You'll see my wiring when I come to the meet, because I have no intenetion on putting back in my passenger seat. That way I can show you what I did....

As long as it isnt near Orlando (for some reason everyone cancels when we go there), then its all set... if you post details then people can see and make up their minds.

I guess they were supposed to take in unregulated because if they came with a regulator Im sure I would've used it. Running the lcd off the PSU is exactly the plan but I have to buy alot more wire since now im moving everything to the back.
HAHA I have 4 projects for Nexson 3 of them related to the PC cant wait. But painting car and maintenance takes priority...

I here you on the wiring..... I decided to run all my electrical under the carpet so it wouldnt look sloppy. I had to extend alot of stuff that used to reach perfect before. If you need speaker wire, I have alot of that left, i'll bring it with me. You guys can also see the PC, because I dont intend to put the console back in, this meet i'm leaving my car in pieces, lol

There are already locations for the Florida meets for this year. Please read the first post of this meet thread. It explains how to get a meet in your area. I have updated it to include a list of "official" locations.
Please read the first post. Please do not post "how about here" without first reading the first post of this thread.
Now, I do not know what the problem is with the orlando area "read this thread". We already have a park there that we can use in orlando. Maybe sometime in the future we will "attempt" a orlando meet.

he just made a suggestion for the treasure coast area... not being sure if it would be ok, was asking for advice. He did say he would scout out an area, and make arrangements, just wanted to know if that area was ok was all
I personally think the TC area would be great. It's central to Orlando and Miami, and a straight shot from the West coast as well on 60.
I am still in china, so won't make this meet, but looking forward to the next one.

Just a bit of advise don't come back married. My last buddy that went to China for business came back with a new wife as a souvenir.

Hahahah yea. The only souvenirs I am bring back are ones that will fit in my suitcase....and not die in an unpressurized cargo hold! Hahaha
I will be coming back next Friday.... FINALLY. It has been great here, but being away from home for almost 2 months is a bit much.
