Doesn't sound much like meet then with everyone calling off. As I missed the last meet, was wanting to get out there this month but not sure if i could squeeze it in. Going by the call offs, I think I'll just plan to see whats next month meet day has in store.

I'll be in town the 27-30th for a Cadillac meet and could make some time to come through.

I wanted to make it this month. I finally got my carputer in and I was wanting to see what everybody else was doing with theirs.
I ran really short on cash so I couldn't make it. I guess that isn't too bad because it looks like most didn't make it. I do plan to be there next month.

I will be at the meet this month!!!!!! Been really busy lately trying to move stuff to storage and getting ready to put my house on the market. Like I said I will be at the meet but unsure if my screen will be in. I am adding a CD player and had to look into other options for the monitor.
Well here are a couple pics of what I did this weekend
Today I got everything wired again and did some listening; I cant believe everything I've been missing! My old sub doesn't hold a candle to the DIYMA sub! But now I have a new issue to much bass! There is no gain and no bass boost being used, I am hoping the DRZ will help here with a volume control.
Well only two pics today, this week I will probably make the top panel and that will probably be all for the rest of the year as we are moving alot of stuff to storage so we can look to buy a bigger house.
The wires on the top will be hidden when the top panel is cut, I just need to decide how I want to cut it now.

Hopefully I will be able to make it for the first time this month.
Hey boomintrac, Is that a matrix or a vibe?

And i'd be curious to see how someone else would approach putting in a CarPC in a similar interior, being that there aren't that many of them out there.

Looks like we're on track to have the coolest August meet yet this Sunday, can't believe the high is only going to be 67 degrees in August.

aww man... and i just stripped the seville a lil while ago and slammed it back to stock... woulda been nice to roll through with ya!!!
found out why i had all those problems the last meet i went up there (other than loosing like 50 bucks) turns out the primary ignition fuse in the trunk (not on a relay but directly connected to the key) was already tapped into with a jumper wire for an amp which caused the metal holding the fuze to spread out... the fuse wasnt making good contacts.. so i jabbed a wire in there (which i used to turn on the battery isolator ) and its all good - no electrical gremlins
this meets on the 30th this month... HMMMM... vacation time right after this 3 day weekend..... not going anywhere......hmmm.......no real plans other than getting more fat applied to the mid section......HMMMM i do beleive i could try and make this one....
anyone know of a cadillac owner looking for a custom built car pc that is "taylored" to fit cadillacs 91~02 seville/eldorado flavor? wow i just realized that 11 years is a LOOOONNNGGGGGG time for a body style!!! Go Caddy GO!
if i make it this time, im not bringing money... im changing the american currency to grass clippings for the day
(edit)
i just read the pun ~_~ *sigh*
