Bit too far for me.
Just checked flight costs for grins.
£500 direct or £400 with one stop. + Accomodation.

If memory serves correctly you have to show them a business card before you can get your show pass.

This is why we need to come up with an excellent speaker series this year so that next year, I have a budget to fly you in.

Cutting edge in-vehicle technology. I would like to follow up with CES tomorrow regarding space.
CES currently has the following overview of their discussion on in-vehicle technology, to give you a sense of how cutting edge we need to be.
"In-Vehicle Technology
We eat, work, conference, and watch DVDs in our cars. Can computing, social networking and other forms of entertainment be far behind? These innovations are closer than they appear! Look ahead to learn what will be driving this dynamic category in the year to come."
Really we need only do a slide show of the Show of Your Project Forum to demonstrate that these concepts are not only real, but they are yesterday.

Alright I'm registered.
I believe I am going to be in vegas from Jan 8th to Jan 11th. I have to coordinate with a few other people. I hope you all get the speaker series set up, I'd be interested to listen in on that.

Tidder has challenged me to a boot drag competition at CES. We'll be pitting a really custom Win 2003 system against a custom LinuxICE2 system. Should be good to see how fast we can boot and which system can do it.
Get it on!

F*#K, I wish I could go, this sounds like fun!!!!!!!!!
*Prays to Angels and hopes he can move faster with his Car PC install*
The innovations are here now! Not closer than they think! We are so far ahead of any Auto Company. The ones that do try, do it half @$$ed, like Chrysler with its wireless network thing. Whats the point if there is no PC!!!!!!!!!
I gotta start hitting street corners so I can finish my install!
