What about a BeNeLux meeting ?
Is there someone interested do have a BeNeLux meeting ?
I am from Eindhoven in the south of NL and we do have the caraudio meetings but nobody has a comp in his car.
I would like to see some other installes from our felow mp3car members but most of them live a little to far away.
It's just an idee but maybe it will work out someday.

Sound like a good idea to me, perhaps sometime after the holiday season?
When the amount of interest is low, then it could be an option to combine this meeting with such a caraudio meeting as well.

This is the so-called Window version, which is for laptop/pc.
A ppc version wouldn't be that usefull on a Epia based car computer wouldn't it? 
Are there really soo little Benelux (and perhaps western Germany as well) people at the board interested in a meeting?
A group of three would be rather dull I think...
BTW skoda aka Gijsje, maybe it's a good idea to clean out your sig a bit? It consumes an extraordinary amount of space at the moment... (Here focus is on car computer  )

Unfortunatly I haven't got the money to build me one, first I have to re-new my desktop setup, with the parts I se now I'm going to try to build the setup I want (Linux based) of

Matig hoor, zo'n forum is net een camping. Waar ter wereld je ook komt, altijd kom je weer die verrekte hollanders tegen. Met een beetje pech nog je buurman ook
Anyway; what about pinning a date?
I suggest meeting some saturday afternoon in September (I don't have a preference (yet)).
If somewhere in or around Eindhoven is OK with the majority then that's the place.
Maybe there are some Belgians at the board as well? Eindhoven shouldn't be too far for you guys I guess.
@skoda, you seem familiar with the caraudio scene, any chance for a caraudio meeting around Eindhoven in September?
Just the five of us would be a rather dull meeting I guess...

Trouwens.. weet je wie we helemaal vergeten...
Marsjell, met z'n te gekke 2cv
en OMS, met nog steeds meer HorsePower als MegaHertzen...
Dat waren er 2 die me zojuist te binnen schoten....
Weet iemand er nog meer?
Anders moeten we gewoon eens alle nederlandse leden uitzoeken en deze een mail sturen.... Want OMS en Marsjell heb ik al even niet meer zien posten op dit forum, maar ze zijn al lange tijd lid, met een werkend systeem....
BTW... ga nu 2 weken op vakantie, dus ik zal er ook wel eventjes niet zijn!

Bedankt voor de link @ GoT. Ik had van '99 tot zomer vorig jaar een pc in de auto liggen, maar toen er een andere auto kwam had ik geen zin om die oude pc in de volgende auto te bouwen.
Maandje geleden kwam ik erachter dat ik de pc toch wel erg mis, dus ik ben nu druk aan het plannen voor een epia met wlan, bluetooth, gps en unilink. In september hoop ik de hele handel wel ingebouwd te hebben, dus als er een meeting is die maand kom ik zeker ook langs, desnoods alleen om te kijken, maar liefst ook om te showen |
